its' merits as I have realized! I know this sounds crazy, but I actually have more fun driving my NA (dont ask)! I dont know much about cars honestly, but I know enough to appreciate the NA's badass gear ration and low-end torque...the TT really just doesnt want to get-up-and-go unless you really lay into it or you are on the highway. The NA on the other hand has tons of power just ready to be unleashed on a dime, and makes for a much more exhilarating drive through city areas. Of course this will change with future mods, but the instant gratification is there a little more for NA's. Also, just for the record, the TT CLUTCH SUCKS! I absolutely hate the way it feels...mushy as dogshit. The NA clutch is very crisp, clear and engaging feels...better! Hopefully this may tighten up when I change to this new RPS clutch, thinking the SS line could help too. LOL I always get a laugh when I change cars b/c its kinda difficult to readjust the first few shifts. On top of everything else, the HICAS is really lame. Kinda like 3000gt's active aero system, only mitsubishi was smart enough to discontinue that option (unfortunately not smart about most other things though). Yeah some people may like it, but I think the overwhelming majority of people could readily live w/out HICAS. What can you say though, its the product of early 90's engineering, and these candy features made for good sales points. "Why cant you just be happy with your NA?" LOL I still remember when my buddy made that comment to me half a year ago. I think we were talking about me possibly swapping engines, meanwhile my pearl white was in perfect running order and his low-mile TT swap was having malicious Z-demon problems and parked. I see the wisdom in this statement a little more clearly now ;) TT's are nothing but punishment, but then again I guess we are all gluttons at some point. Have to learn the hard...and expensive way.
